Christina Oxford serves as our Executive Director. She has over ten years experience serving seniors. Christina is passionate about creating meaningful and fulfilling senior retirement living and bringing purpose to the lives of the seniors she serves. With her wide range of experience, she is able to vision and cultivate a one of a kind senior living community.
Christina has served as a Certified Nursing Assistant while attending college. She quickly realized serving seniors was her passion. Christina then went on to serve seniors as a Social Worker. In this role, she was able to work with families and seniors at a much deeper level. This only inspired Christina to strive to discover what could and would truly empower seniors at this stage of their lives. Christina went on to serve as an Activities Director, Community Relations Director and as an Administrator.
Christina works tirelessly to improve the lives of her residents. She lives for the moments every day when she learns something valuable from them. When Christina is not serving our seniors, she enjoys spending time with her family and writing music. We at Monarch House are honored to have her serve as the leader of our organization.

Letter From Our Owner
Welcome and Thank You for your interest in Monarch House, a new and unique senior living community located near Ashley Park Mall in Newnan, GA. I am Vic Young, a native Atlantan, a real estate developer since 1975, a graduate of Georgia State University, a Vietnam Veteran, a father and grandfather. My educational background and 41 years of work experience have been focused on land development, commercial and residential construction, property management and consulting in Georgia, Florida and Colorado. Like several senior living company owners I have met over the past few years I developed an interest in senior living while my mom resided in an assisted living community close to my home in Cumming, GA. In Newnan I was fortunate to acquire a new vacant building that had one floor partially completed for a childcare business. Having observed seniors' eyes light up whenever a group of children visited my Mom's community for holiday events, my creative juices began to flow a river. I completed Children's Academy of Newnan, hired an extraordinary staff of experienced and caring teachers and then began the design and build-out of Monarch House. The Monarch House management concept is like no other. We have an exciting opportunity to create an Intergenerational Relationship between our youth and senior residents that will benefit both generations. The Monarch House design is quite unique as well. Each floor is comprised of private residence suites and common areas having the true feel of living in a home or luxury condominium rather than a hotel. As thoughtful as we have attempted to be in the private suites, common areas and amenities, selecting an experienced staff of caregivers with genuinely warm hearts and happy faces is the essential element in ensuring that our small group of residents will be in a loving family environment. I am fortunate to have met and brought on board Christina Oxford as Executive Director. Christina is truly one of a kind. Combining years of experience in senior care with a genuine passion for enhancing the lives of seniors, Christina's input early in the design phase of Monarch House has been invaluable. Together with Rachel Metzger, our Community Relations and Activity Director, these two ladies have the unique combination of experience and enthusiasm consistent with my goal of providing assistance and loving care to our small family of seniors. Monarch House is our seniors' home and we are honored to be their guests, their extended family and their caregivers.
